While the Aigles arrived in 2012, Stade de Trois-Rivières has been hosting baseball since 1939. A previous version of the Aigles served as the Double-A affiliate for the Cincinnati Reds from 1971-77. Trois-Rivieres is halfway between Montreal and Quebec City and serves as the central hub of the Maurice Region’s over 250,000 residents.
