FLORENCE Y’ALLS 10 @ BROCKTON ROX 11 – The Brockton Rox snapped the Florence Y’alls’ 11-game winning streak with a walk-off sacrifice fly in the 10th inning, outlasting Florence 11-10 in a back-and-forth battle.
TROIS-RIVIÈRES AIGLES 2 @ OTTAWA TITANS 10 – The Ottawa Titans (44-31) continued to roll, picking up a 10-2 win over the Trois-Rivières Aigles (27-49) on Friday night, powered by stellar pitching and offence.
EVANSVILLE OTTERS 0 @ WASHINGTON WILD THINGS 7 – In his second game back from the injured list and first home game since July 11, All-Star Kobe Foster picked up right where he left off. Foster ended the night completing eight shutout innings with 10 strikeouts in the Wild Things 7-0 victory over the Evansville Otters, which was also highlighted by a big night at the plate from Jeff Liquori for the second night in a row.
