New York earned TJ Stanton his 300th career regular-season win with the Boulders, Evansville swept their doubleheader against Gateway, and Tri-City, New Jersey, Windy City and Mississippi also picked up victories on Thursday.

SUSSEX COUNTY MINERS 6 @ TRI-CITY VALLEYCATS 13 – The Tri-City ValleyCats finished up the biggest homestand of the season with a getaway win over the Sussex County Miners, 13-6, in front of 3,236 lovers of baseball and the arts at Joseph L. Bruno Stadium on August 13.

DOWN EAST BIRD DAWGS 2 @ NEW JERSEY JACKALS 12 – The New Jersey Jackals jumped out to a nine-run lead and never looked back Thursday night, defeating the Down East Bird Dawgs 12-2 at Hinchliffe Stadium.

BROCKTON ROX 2 @ QUÉBEC CAPITALES 17 – The Québec Capitales completed the series sweep on Thursday night with a 17-2 win over the Brockton Rox at Stade Canac.

NEW YORK BOULDERS 13 @ TROIS-RIVIÈRES AIGLES 8 – The Boulders built a 13-1 lead, then had to hold off the Trois-Rivières Aigles 13-8 in Thursday night’s rubber match at Stade de Trois-Rivières, where TJ Stanton joined Jamie Keefe as the only managers in franchise history to rack up 300 career regular season wins.

SCHAUMBURG BOOMERS 5 @ JOLIET SLAMMERS 1 – The Schaumburg Boomers took the lead in the seventh but needed to wait through a long delay in frame to make the victory official, notching a sixth straight win by a 5-1 final over the Joliet Slammers to sweep the road series on Thursday night.

OTTAWA TITANS 2 @ WINDY CITY THUNDERBOLTS 5 –  A nearly two-hour delay was not enough to slow down the ThunderBolts Thursday night, as the Bolts took down the Ottawa Titans 5-2 at Ozinga Field.

WASHINGTON WILD THINGS 4 @ MISSISSIPPI MUD MONSTERS 5 – The Mississippi Mud Monsters (31-49) completed a 5-4 comeback victory for their first win against the Washington Wild Things (55-26) this season Thursday evening.
