TROIS-RIVIÈRES AIGLES 2 @ NEW YORK BOULDERS 5 – The Boulders kicked off their final home stand before the Frontier League All-Star Break with a 5-3 win over the Trois-Rivières Aigles on Friday night at Clover Stadium.
NEW JERSEY JACKALS 6 @ DOWN EAST BIRD DAWGS 22 – The Down East Bird Dawgs put on the most prolific offensive performance in franchise history Thursday night, breaking the franchise record with 20 hits and tying the record for runs scored in a 22-6 demolition of the New Jersey Jackals at Historic Grainger Stadium, with Colby Backus going four-for-five with seven RBI, Christian Adams going three-for-three with three walks and two RBI, and Kalae Harrison going three-for-six with five RBI to lead the way.
OTTAWA TITANS 5 @ SUSSEX COUNTY MINERS 2 – The Ottawa Titans (25-23) snapped a two-game slide, taking down the Sussex County Miners (21-26) by a 5-2 final on Friday night, backed by a three-run fourth and fantastic pitching post-rain delay.
WASHINGTON WILD THINGS 9 @ SCHAUMBURG BOOMERS 6 – The Wild Things responded ton middle-inning adversity and counter-punched the Boomers to take the series opener in front of a tremendous crowd to start the weekend in Schaumburg. Behind a five-run fifth which countered a five-run fourth by the Boomers, the Wild Things snatched the lead back and added to win 9-6 to start the series.
FLORENCE YALLS 3 @ MISSISSIPPI MUD MONSTERS 4 – The Mississippi Mud Monsters (21-28) took their third straight series opener, beginning a three-game set against the Florence Y’alls (25-22) with a 4-3 comeback victory.
EVANSVILLE OTTERS 5 @ JOLIET SLAMMERS 8 – The Joliet Slammers opened their Independence Celebration weekend in thrilling fashion, rallying from an early deficit to defeat the Evansville Otters, 8-5.
QUÉBEC CAPITALES 6 @ GATEWAY GRIZZLIES 4 – The Québec Capitales scored 4 runs in the top of the ninth to beat the Gateway Grizzlies 6-4 on Friday night.

BROCKTON ROX 5 @ TRI-CITY VALLEYCATS 14 - The Tri-City ValleyCats dominated the second game of a doubleheader with 12 runs in the first two innings and won, 14-5,over Brockton, entertaining 3,018 fans with fireworks at the plate, man-made, and from Mother Nature as the game was shortened to five innings due to thunderstorms on July 3.
