TRI-CITY VALLEYCATS 7 @ OTTAWA TITANS 5 The Tri-City ValleyCats rallied from a five-run deficit and took the lead in the top of eighth with a four-run rally as they picked up a series win with a 7-5 victory over the Ottawa Titans on July 2.

 

TROIS-RIVIÈRES AIGLES 10 @ BROCKTON ROX 2 The Trois-Rivières Aigles defeated the Brockton Rox 10-2 on Thursday night.


NEW YORK BOULDERS 8 @ SUSSEX COUNTY MINERS 9 The Sussex County Miners (20-25) defeated the New York Boulders (28-19), 9-8, on Thursday night at Skylands Stadium.

 

QUÉBEC CAPITALES 3 @ SCHAUMBURG BOOMERS 4 The Schaumburg Boomers captured a 4-3 rain-shortened decision over the Quebec Capitales to take two-of-three in the mid-week series at Wintrust Field.

 

GATEWAY GRIZZLIES 5 @ MISSISSIPPI MUD MONSTERS 4 The Gateway Grizzlies walked 14 Mississippi Mud Monsters batters on Thursday night at Trustmark Park, but managed to strand 14 opposing runners in the game, including the tying and potential winning runs on base in the ninth inning in a 5-4 win to avoid the sweep.

 

FLORENCE Y’ALLS 10 @ WINDY CITY THUNDERBOLTS 8 The Florence Y’alls (25-21) triumphed 10-8 over Windy City to win the three-game series over the Bolts Thursday night.

 

WASHINGTON WILD THINGS 3 @ EVANSVILLE OTTERS 10 The Evansville Otters (29-17) rode back-to-back four-run innings to a series win against the Washington Wild Things (31-17) on Thursday night, 10-3.

 

DOWN EAST BIRD DAWGS 7 @ NEW JERSEY JACKALS 1 - Drew Henderson was untouchable, and the Bird Dawgs offense did the rest, as Down East cruised to a 7-1 victory over the New Jersey Jackals Thursday night to win the rubber match, snap a five-series losing streak, and head home with momentum for a weekend series against the Jackals at Historic Grainger Stadium.
