SUSSEX COUNTY MINER 9 @ DOWN EAST BIRD DAWGS 16 - Christian Adams went four-for-five with two home runs and four RBI, and the Down East Bird Dawgs erupted for seven runs in both the second and seventh innings to overwhelm the Sussex County Miners 16-9 at Historic Grainger Stadium Friday night, evening the series at two games apiece and moving Down East into second place in the division at 15-16.

Tonight, in front of more than 2,000 at EQT Park, Wild Things’ ace Kobe Foster had the best start of his lengthy, record-breaking career, as he fanned a nine-inning franchise record 14 batters en route to a no-hitter against the New Jersey Jackals in a 12-0 win.

SCHAUMBURG BOOMERS 1 @ EVANSVILLE OTTERS 8 - The Evansville Otters (19-11) took advantage of a 7-run inning to comfortably win the first game of the series against the Schaumburg Boomers (15-16) on Friday night, 8-1.
LAKE ERIE CRUSHERS 3 @ WINDY CITY THUNDERBOLTS 4 - Victor Cerny hit a two-out RBI single in the bottom of the eighth inning to back up a strong start from Dante Maietta as the ThunderBolts defeated the Lake Erie Crushers 4-3 at Ozinga Field Friday night.
