The Ottawa Titans became the first Atlantic Conference club to reach 10 wins on Saturday night while the Schaumburg Boomers stayed unbeaten at home with another dominant victory at Wintrust Field. The Evansville Otters and Washington Wild Things also swept their doubleheaders after Friday’s postponements. Meanwhile, the Trois-Rivières Aigles vs. New York Boulders, Québec Capitales vs. New Jersey Jackals, and Brockton Rox vs. Tri-City ValleyCats games were all postponed. MISSISSIPPI MUD MONSTERS 6 @ SCHAUMBURG BOOMERS 14 -  The Schaumburg Boomers used a five-run fourth and four-run fifth to best the Mississippi Mud Monsters 14-6 and improve to 8-0 at Wintrust Field to open the season.

SUSSEX COUNTY MINERS 4 @ OTTAWA TIANS 5 -  The Ottawa Titans (10-4) became the first team in the Atlantic Conference to ten wins, earning a walk-off 5-4 victory over the Sussex County Miners (5-8) on Saturday night.

LAKE ERIE CRUSHERS 6 @ GATEWAY GRIZZLIES 2 - The Lake Erie Crushers (8-6) returned to their winning ways, defeating the Gateway Grizzlies (5-9) on Saturday night, 6-2. The Crushers have hit grand slams in back-to-back games on their trip to Sauget, Illinois, splitting the series thus far.

DOWN EAST BIRD DAWGS 13 @ FLORENCE Y'ALLS 7 - The Down East Bird Dawgs put on an offensive clinic in Game One and fought until the final out in Game Two, splitting Friday's doubleheader with the Florence Y'alls at Thomas More Stadium. Down East pounded out a franchise-record 17 hits and tied the franchise record for runs scored in a 13-7 Game One victory before falling 3-2 in Game Two on a spectacular catch that denied a potential game-tying hit, leaving the series tied heading into Sunday's rubber match.

DOWN EAST BIRD DAWGS 2 @ FLORENCE Y'ALLS 3 - The Florence Y’alls split the doubleheader with Down East Saturday night, dropping game one 13-7 but rebounding in game two for a 3-2 victory.

JOLIET SLAMMERS 2 @ WASHINGTON WILD THINGS 2 - The Washington Wild Things earned an exciting 2-2 sudden death win to open Saturday’s doubleheader and the three-game series against the Joliet Slammers at EQT Park Saturday afternoon.

JOLIET SLAMMERS 0 @ WASHINGTON WILD THINGS 11 - On a cool Saturday night after winning the first game in sudden death, the Wild Things got straight to work to start game two and ended up pouring it on through some pouring from the skies, taking the second end of the doubleheader 11-0.

WINDY CITY THUNDERBOLTS 1 @ EVANSVILLE OTTERS 5 - The Evansville Otters (10-4) used sixth innings rallys in both games of the doubleheader to sweep the series opening twin bill against the Windy City ThunderBolts (8-7).
