KYLE CROWL WINS PLAYER OF THE WEEK AWARD

AVON, OH – The league-leading Québec Capitales earned their first Player of the Week award following Kyle Crowl’s 13-RBI week.

Québec Capitales infielder Kyle Crowl recorded at least one RBI in six of his team’s seven games last week, driving in multiple runs in five straight. Crowl also homered in four straight games as the Capitales went 5-2.

The infielder ended the week with 13 RBI, four homers, nine runs, and a 1.608 OPS. Crowl continued his climb up Québec’s all-time leaderboards, moving to third in franchise history in home runs (63), fourth in RBI (270), and fifth in runs scored (296). He also leads the Frontier League this season in RBI (35).

Crowl played collegiately at the University of Iowa and joined the Pioneer League’s Great Falls Voyagers after graduating in 2021. He joined the Capitales for the 2022 campaign and re-signed there ahead of the 2025 season. Crowl started at shortstop for the Atlantic Conference in last year’s All-Star game and served as a reserve in 2024.
