ERIC PARDINHO WINS PITCHER OF THE WEEK AWARD

AVON, OH –Ottawa Titans right-handed pitcher Eric Pardinho, meanwhile, fired eight perfect innings on Tuesday during his award-winning week.

Ottawa Titans right-handed pitcher Eric Pardinho was dominant on Tuesday against the Tri-City ValleyCats, throwing eight perfect innings before rain halted the game and Pardinho’s chance at a perfect game. The performance went in the books as a no-hitter, the league’s third this season. Pardinho struck out eight in the 4-0 win. 

Pardinho made another start on Sunday, taking a loss after allowing four runs over 6.1 innings against the Sussex County Miners. Across his two starts, Pardinho tallied a 2.51 ERA over 14.1 innings, allowing five hits and two walks while striking out 11. 

The Titans signed Pardinho this June. He’d pitched in the Toronto Blue Jays organization from 2018 to 2025, reaching as high as Triple-A in 2024 and 2025. He was named a Top-100 prospect by Major League Baseball ahead of the 2019 season. Pardinho most recently pitched for Team Brazil in the 2026 World Baseball Classic, working three innings in the team’s loss to Mexico.
