QUÉBEC CITY - The Québec Capitales took down the Ottawa Titans in game two of the East Division Series 10-6 on Saturday to force a decisive game three at Stade Canac.

Down by one point 3-2, the Capitales worked their way back to even the Division Series and stay alive for at least one more against the Titans. The scoring began immediately in the first inning when left fielder Brendan O'Donnell hit an RBI single back to the mound to put Ottawa 1-0.

The Capitales responded in the third with back-to-back solo shots from shortstop Kyle Crowl and right fielder Justin Gideon to take the lead at 2-1. Second baseman Jackie Urbaez then drove in two runs on a base hit in the top of the fourth to the Titans back on top 3-2.

In the fifth, Québec again used its power to get back into the game, beginning with a game-tying RBI double from left fielder Tommy Seidl. Third baseman Anthony Quirion then put the Capitales back in front with a two-run triple; Quirion then came around to score on an error by the left fielder to make it 6-3 Capitales.

Second baseman Davide Glaude continued to pour it on for Québec in the sixth when he blasted a two-run homer over the right field wall. The Capitales then loaded the bases and were gifted another run when Quirion was hit by a pitch, forcing in their ninth run of the game.

The Titans attempted to come back in the eighth, coming to within three after catcher Michael Fuhrman crushed a three-run home run. Gideon squashed Ottawa's momentum with a solo shot in the bottom of the eighth to put the game out of reach at 10-6.

After a rough start for right-hander James Bradwell, the southpaw Harley Gollert came out of the Québec bullpen to settle things down and grabbed the win after tossing three scoreless innings. Lefty CJ Blowers suffered the loss for Ottawa after letting in four runs in four-plus innings of work.

Game three will be played on Sunday, September 8th at 5:05 PM EDT. The winner will head to the Frontier League Championship Series to face the Washington Wild Things.
