#PROMOGUIDE: Otters host Traverse City in midweek series at Bosse Field

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The Evansville Otters continue their homestand at Bosse Field with a midweek series against the Traverse City Beach Bums. This week’s promotional themes feature Christmas in July Night, $2 Tuesday, Deaconess Heart Night, a poster giveaway, German Heritage Night and a Bud Light Thirsty Thursday. The Otters invite fans to come out and enjoy these special promotions!

Tuesday, July 25 at 6:35 p.m. – Christmas in July Night, $2 Tuesday

Tuesday’s series opener at the ballpark is Christmas in July Night! There will be Christmas-themed music and fans are welcome to wear their best holiday clothes to the ballpark to join in on the Christmas in July fun. It’s also a $2 Tuesday with general admission tickets and select concession items just $2. Come see the Evansville Otters take on the Traverse City Beach Bums at historic Bosse Field!

Wednesday, July 26 at 6:35 p.m. – Deaconess Heart Night, 1950s and 1960s Poster Giveaway

On Wednesday, it’s Deaconess Heart Night as personnel from Deaconess will be on hand to increase heart health awareness. The game also includes a poster giveaway early arriving fans in attendance. The poster is part of a season-long series of poster giveaways that highlight the history of Bosse Field. They are a fun, collectible item for fans of all ages! This week, select fans will receive a 1950s poster highlighting Bob Coleman’s managerial career in Evansville while others will receive a 1960s poster celebrating the three-year stint of the Evansville White Sox at Bosse Field.

Thursday, July 27 at 6:35 p.m. – German Heritage Night, Bud Light Thirsty Thursday

The Otters finish their series against Traverse City on German Heritage Night. The night will celebrate some of Evansville’s German heritage! Fans will see the German colors and hear German music throughout the game. It is also Bud Light Thirsty Thursday as 16 oz. drafts are $2 and 32 oz. drafts are $4. Fans are invited to come enjoy an ice-cold frosty one while they watch the defending Frontier League champions!
