(EVANSVILLE, INDIANA) – The Otters are excited to announce a partnership with WUEV 91.5 FM and The Sports Book Bar & Grill in Evansville for a new weekly radio show.

The “Otters Weekly” Radio Show will debut on Monday, May 19 on WUEV 91.5 FM at 12 pm CT and fans can enjoy the show live at The Sports Book Bar & Grill every single week.

Evansville Otters play by play announcer Mike Radomski will host the show each week with special guests from the 2014 team. Radomski will also interview some previous Otters players and coaches as well as some of the Otters top fans.

“We are so thrilled to partner with Tropicana Evansville, The Sports Book Bar and Grill and WUEV,” said Radomski, the Otters Director of Media Relations/Broadcasting. “This is going to be an amazing opportunity for the Otters fans to get to know the front office, coaches, and players even better. I encourage all Otters fans to visit with us each week for great food, fun stories, and giveaways.”

Otters Opening Day will take place on Wednesday, May 21st at historic Bosse Field with a doubleheader sponsored by Carson’s Brewery. The Otters host the Rockford Aviators on Deaconess Senior night! First pitch will take place at 5:35 pm CT.

It is the first of six games in five days for the Evansville Otters first homestand of the regular season. The Otters host the Aviators in the series finale on Thursday, May 22. It is State Farm Night sponsored by Pam Lentz and Bob Davis. It is also Thirsty Thursday with $2 drafts! First pitch is set for 6:35 pm CT at Bosse Field.

Friday, May 23 is Fifth Third Opening Friday. The first 2500 fans on Friday will receive a magnetic schedule courtesy of Fifth Third Bank. Evansville begins Eastland Mall Memorial Day weekend with a 6:35 pm CT game against the Frontier Greys. The two teams will meet again on the same time on Saturday, May 24 for Sterling United Federal Credit Union night. Eastland Mall Memorial Day Weekend comes to an end on Sunday, May 25 with a 5:05 pm CT series ending game.
